Why boxing?
Boxing is a popular sport because it provides a workout like no other and challenges many of our senses and capacities. The typical boxing workout stimulates all muscle groups and improves every type of physical capacity; strength, power, coordination, aerobic fitness, anaerobic fitness and endurance.
Most people join a gym to lose weight. While you will lose weight, we don’t focus on what you lose but what you gain. We believe that losing 10 pounds of fat is nothing compared to gaining 10 pounds of confidence. The confidence that comes from being fit and strong not just looking good.
Boxing makes you tougher; mentally, physically and emotionally. It has the potential to turn lives around by providing focus and an outlet for pent up aggression.
