Boxers are extremely fit and conditioned athletes. Our programs combine all aspects of boxing training with countless conditioning drills, making our group training programs ideal for general fitness training as well as cross training, for any level of experience. You will not find a more exciting, fun or invigorating exercise program anywhere else. And yes, that is a challenge.
Our instructor-led classes will challenge you no matter what your current fitness level is. The class structure helps to ensure the success of all participants, whether you're just getting off the couch or have decided to look for something new to add to your exercise routine.
Would you like to get in the ring against an opponent?
We can absolutely get you ready for that challenge. As a USA Boxing Certified Gym, we have a Competition Team that has had great success. We've had several New England Championships Tournament winners, as well as great Golden Gloves performance. Our boxing coaches will teach you the skills and you'll put them to practice.
Is getting in the ring maybe not your thing?
That doesn't mean you can't still benefit from our programs. Our classes will train you like a boxer, minus the contact of sparring. We have members from all walks of life reaping the benefits of these great workouts.
Perhaps you're looking for another type of challenge or competition?
Many of our coaches and members also compete in road races, cycling events and triathlon. Our classes provide great opportunities to cross-train and our coaches are experienced and certified to get you ready to race as well.

What We Do
When you come to a class at In The Ring, you'll never find yourself trying to figure out what to do. Every activity is supervised by at least one of our Coaches to help ensure that you get a safe, satisfying and productive workout. Regardless of whether you've set foot in a gym, a boxing ring, put on boxing gloves or lifted a weight before, our staff will ensure you're on the right track toward meeting your goals.
Who We Are
In The Ring Boxing & Fitness Club is a USA Boxing certified club. Our Coaches are Certified Cornermen with that organization. Combined, we have years of experience in fitness training and various martial arts. On staff you'll find Certified Personal Trainers, Nutrition Counselors, USA Triathlon and USA Cycling Certified Coaches. Our years of experience and skills help us meet our goal of providing you the friendly, personal attention you deserve, keeping you fit, active and healthy.
