Hollie Anderson-- Manager /Lead Fitness Coach
USA boxing Certified coach and Cornerman
Hollie has a Level I Fitness Boxing Certification and a Level II Advanced Teaching Certification under Tony Spain through The Fitness Boxing Institute. She also holds a Fitness Kickboxing Certification under Eric Marshall through Extreme Martial Arts Kickboxing Institute as well as a Fitness Conditioning Certification with Premier Martial Arts. Hollie is an experienced fitness instructor who has trained and continues to train in Mixed Martial Arts for over seven years including Muy-Thai Kickboxing, Krav Maga, Grappling as well as Atienza Kali and Sayoc Kali Weapons. She has traveled To New York to attend training sessions with Tuhon Felix Cortes and Tuhon Ray Dinaldo and has completed training with Guru Carl Atienza. She intends to continually expand her knowledge in Mixed Martial Arts. Hollie competed in the North American Grappling Association's Battle At The Beach in NJ on 8/5/07 and took home the gold medal in the women's no-gi lightweight division.
Hollie has recently aquired her Nutrition Counseling Certification through nationally recognized AFPA, American Fitness Professionals & Associates, and plans to further her education in this field. She has also recently completed a 12 hour training course at the Cooper Institute in Dallas, TX for Circuit Training Leadership.
Wade Anderson-- Lead Fitness Coach/Certified Personal Trainer
Wade Anderson has a level I Fitness Boxing Certification as well as a Level II Advanced Teaching Certification under Tony Spain through The Fitness Boxing Institute. He also holds a Fitness Kickboxing Certification under Eric Marshall through Extreme Martial Arts Kickboxing Institute. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and brings over 20 years of weight lifting and cardio training experience to “The Ring.” He has studied various methods of strength and power building techniques utilizing free weights and nautilus equipment. He has studied several Mixed Martial Arts including Muy-Thai Kickboxing, Judo, Krav Maga and Brazilian Jujitsu. He is actively training in Jujitsu and has attended various MMA training seminars including a 1 day seminar with the UFC’s Kenny Florien. Wade also competed in the North American Grappling Associations World Championships on April 21, 2007 in New Jersey and captured the Gold medal in the Masters Light Heavyweight Gi division and on June 23, 2007 competed in the North American Grappling Association competition winning the silver medal in the Master's Light Heavyweight no-gi Division.
Pat Garrett-- Coach
Pat Garrett holds a black belt in Pankration and has been training in the martial arts since 1986. Since that time, Pat has sought to diversify his abilities and experience by spending time studying the following arts: Aikido, Wing Chun, Arnis, Kali, Jiu-Jitsu, Krav Maga and Boxing. Pat has taught martial arts in both the public and private sectors. In addition to being a Coach in our fitness programs, he also offers a Pankration program for children and adults at this facility. Pat is a Certified BBSI Instructor from Black Belt Schools of America. Level II Advanced Teaching Certification under Tony Spain of the Fitness Boxing Institute. Certified Self-Defense Trainer from The Family Safety and Self-Defense Institute.
Pat is presently training for and participating in endurance competitions. He has completed the Clarence DeMar Marathon in Keene, NH. He has participated in and coached a group of runners for the 1st Annual Manchester City Marathon in 2007 in the full and half marathon distances. In 2007 Pat also completed his first, three sprint distance triathlons and continues to train for and compete in triathlons. Training for these events, along with his solid martial arts foundation have provided Pat with personal experience in a variety of conditioning components, including flexibility, strength, coordination, speed and power, endurance and cardio aerobic capacity.
Tom Moreau-- Coach
Tom is actively involved in the Martial Arts community practicing Judo, Boxing and Jujitsu. He is ranked second in New England for boxing and currently holds the 2007 Greater Lowell Golden Gloves Championship as well as a 2-0 undefeated record in MMA Cage matches. He is currently studying for his 3rd degree black belt in Judo and has several championship titles ranging from the middleweight division to overall weight divisions in National and International tournaments. In addition to being a Coach in our Fitness programs, he also offers training through Moreau’s Training Center at this facility.
Missy Roberge -- Coach
Missy has achieved a Level II Advanced Teaching Certification under Tony Spain of the Fitness Boxing Institute. She has a level one Resist-A-Ball C.O.R.E Instructor certification. She is an experienced fitness instructor focused on strength and flexibility training. In 2002 she began fitness kickboxing and attended a Rape Aggression Defense Systems Program (R.A.D). This program empowered her to seek training in other areas of self defense and martial arts. She has been studying Mixed Martial Arts since 2003 including Krav Maga, Boxing and Grappling.
Tracey Karcher--Coach
Tracey has achieved a Level II Advanced Teaching Certification under Tony Spain of the Fitness Boxing Institute. She brings three years of martial arts training including Krav Maga, Gracie Jiu-jitsu, Judo and Kali Weapons to The Ring. Tracy's focus is on Atienza Kali, Sayoc and FCS Weapons Training. She has studied with Guru Carl Atienza, Tuhon Felix Cortes and Tuhon Ray Dinaldo. Tracy has also attended advanced training in Florida where she participated in many challenges with members from around the world.
