If you are goal oriented and have a strong determination to achieve the results you set for yourself (and sometimes more than you thought you could do) then “The Ring” is your kind of gym. It is a GREAT workout! I have been working with Wade for the past year and find him to be knowledgeable, motivating, and creative. He works you hard, but the benefits are well worth the effort! I would highly recommend “The Ring” to anyone looking for a fun, challenging workout.

Thanks again for a great seminar! Meghan and I learned a lot and we've been having fun discussing and practicing our new skills. The fact that the training opened up a channel of communication between us about decisions, ethics and awareness was an unexpected, added benefit. I've been trying to think about ways to improve the seminar, but I'm at a loss. Meg and I were both impressed with the skill level of all the coaches, the range of moves that were taught and the passion you all bring to the subject. It's obvious that you believe in the importance of teaching women to protect themselves; your conviction is inspiring and empowering.
Now that we know about the programs you offer and the comfortable, supportive environment in which you offer them, Meg and I very much look forward to trying out the fitness kickboxing and fitness boxing programs.

As a certified aerobics instructor and personal trainer, I am always looking for something new. I have been working with Wade for about a month now. The workouts that he has put together have been incredible. I am pushed and that is exactly what I am looking for.. The environment and people at in the ring are very welcoming. Great place for an amazing workout.
